This is the privacy policy for Metamorph (metamorphtalent.com), operated by Peter Fitzroy from Bangkok, Thailand. It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, where we store it, and what your rights are. Plain English. No tricks.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through one of three forms on this site:

  • Contact form — your name, role, firm, number of employees, email, phone, and the message you send us.
  • AI Audit form — your first name, firm name, email, and the answers you submitted to the 21-question diagnostic.
  • Newsletter form — your email address.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

  • Contact form data is used to reply to your inquiry and assess fit for a Strategy Call.
  • Audit form data is used to send you a personalised written summary of your audit results.
  • Newsletter email is used to send you occasional updates from Metamorph. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it's stored

  • Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (United States), the platform that hosts this website.
  • Newsletter subscribers may also be stored in our email tool (Kit, formerly ConvertKit) once it's connected.
  • Email replies and follow-ups live in Peter's inbox (Google Workspace).

We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it's useful for the purpose we collected it for — typically while you're an active prospect, client, or subscriber. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold on you
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (use the link in any email, or just reply asking to be removed)

Updates to this policy

If anything material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing contacts, we'll let you know directly.
